Since it was established in 2001, Tecnical has focused its activities on the design and manufacture of machinery and complete turnkey installations for the the dairy and meat sectors around the world. Likewise, throughout 30 years of professional experience, Tecnical has been specialized in the cheese making process.
Our added value is to offer a comprehensive service to cover all customer needs. From the design to the start-up of the equipment, at Tecnical we offer technical advice, technology consulting, personalized programming, maintenance, spare parts, and employee training. Our main assets are flexibility and adaptability according to the particular needs of each manufacturer and product.
Tecnical’s facilities cover an area of 6,200 m2 that have been set up and equipped for developing machinery and carrying out FAT tests, which certify the quality of the equipment and guarantee optimal functioning before it is delivered to clients.

Our R+D+i Department provides companies in the dairy sector with creative, innovative and efficient solutions that help improve and optimise their production processes. Innovation, together with knowledge and experience, have resulted in a number of patents, including a novel immersion mould washing system and a vertical cheese pressing system. In addition, collaborations with prestigious food technology institutes and leading polytechnic universities keep us at the forefront of research and advances in the sector.
Tecnical's equipment contributes to making production processes profitable thanks to its high degree of reliability and efficiency, paired with a low maintenance cost. Moreover, its incorporation into production lines allows for greater use and reuse of resources, achieving a double benefit, both in terms of savings for the company and in terms of reducing environmental impact.
When designing an installation, Tecnical's objective is to adapt the production lines to the available space, as well as to take advantage of the height of the premises in order to occupy as little floor space as possible. To this end, our Preliminary Project Department studies and proposes, for each particular case, the best possible distribution of all the equipment involved. Tecnical's machinery is conceived under this principle of space optimisation as it uses the entire available volume of the premises, from dosing to salting, including pressing and mould accumulation systems.
