Applicable legislation 

Our Privacy Policy has been established in accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and with applicable Spanish regulations on the Protection of Personal Data. 

By providing us with your data, you declare that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy, giving your unequivocal and express consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the purposes and terms expressed herein. 

The Company may modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislation, case law or interpretation of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The terms contained in this Privacy Policy document may be complemented by the Legal Notice, the Cookies Policy and the General Purchase Conditions which, where appropriate, are collected for certain products or services, if such access involves some specific form regarding the protection of personal data. 


Data Protection Representative
The responsible entities do not have a designated Data Protection Representative.


We process your personal data for the following purposes:

 1.- To correctly manage the commercial relation that binds us with the clients, guaranteeing a correct administrative, commercial, logistical and customer service management, reserving the right to carry out the quality surveys that we consider appropriate in order to offer quality products and services. 

2.- To inform you about new products, services and offers that may be of interest to you, by using any of the physical and electronic means currently existing and those that may arise in the future.


Conservation period of your data 

Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the commercial relationship that binds us, in order to carry out the administrative, commercial, logistical, customer service and quality control management.

Once this is over, the personal data will be kept respecting the period of 6 years established by the Commercial Code for commercial purposes, and the period of 4 years established by the General Tax Law for fiscal purposes.

With respect to the purpose of informing you about new products, services, offers and invitations that may be of interest to you, the data will be kept as long as you do not exercise your right of deletion.

The data may be kept for as long as any liability arising from a legal relationship or obligation or from the performance of a contract or the application of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject may be required. In this case the data will be blocked, but not deleted.

Automated decisions and profiling. We inform you that there are no automated decisions including profiling. 



The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the contractual relationship that binds us to our customers and for the purposes of carrying out administrative, commercial, logistical, customer service and quality management.

The legal basis for informing you about products, services and special offers, is your consent given through the free and specific declaration of will.

The contracting by the client of any product or service offered by those responsible, be it via web page, physical document or telephone; the granting of consent to receive information on new products, services and offers; or the sending of e-mails to those responsible, through the accounts set up for this purpose, imply that the user declares to have read and expressly accepted this privacy policy, and grants their unequivocal and express consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purposes indicated.


Data categories 

The data being processed fall into the following categories: Identifying Personal Data (name, surname, DNI, contact details); Personal characteristics data (date of birth, age, nationality) and Financial data (bank details). The IP address and the time of access to the web form for data collection are also processed.



As part of our commitment to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your personal data, we inform you that the necessary technical and organisational measures have been adopted to guarantee the security of personal data and to avoid their alteration, loss, unauthorised treatment or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, in accordance with Art. 32 of European Regulation 2016/679.


Where applicable, the data will be transferred to public administration bodies in accordance with the law; to the courts and tribunals that require them; to banks, this transfer being always linked to the banking management derived from the sale of products and/or services and to companies directly related to the person in charge. 

There are no international transfers of your data. 



Any interested party has the right to obtain information about whether or not we are processing personal data concerning him or her. Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, request the rectification of inaccurate data and request its deletion, where appropriate, when, for example, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes they were collected, among other reasons. In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data; in which case we will keep them only for exercising or defending against claims. For reasons related to their particular situation, interested parties may object to the processing of their data. the data controller of the file will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or to exercise or defend against possible claims.

In accordance with current legislation, you have the following rights: the right to request access to your personal data, the right to request its rectification or deletion, the right to request the limitation of its processing, the right to object to its processing, the right to the portability of the data and also the right to revoke the consent granted.
