TECNICAL-TECNOLOGIA APLICADA, S.L., as the entity responsible for the Website, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and other current legislation on the protection of personal data, and by Law 34/2002 of 11 July 2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), informs you that it has implemented the necessary technical and organisational security measures to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data entered.

METHOD OF DATA COLLECTION, WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND ITS PURPOSE:

The data we collect, how we obtain it and the purpose for processing is as follows:

1. Video surveillance: Security of certain premises:

• Data required: image;

• Purpose: security of persons, property and facilities (detailed information is provided in the “video surveillance” section of this privacy policy);

• Legal basis: the provider’s legitimate interest.

2. To carry out the contractual relationship and similar administrative, fiscal and accounting formalities that are necessary in accordance with current legislation.

• Required data: name and surname, telephone, address, ID card number, e-mail, signature data.
• Purpose: to carry out internal commercial, fiscal and administrative management.
• Legal basis: consent of interested party and contractual relationship.

The controllers that form part of the TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT (TECNICAL ACCIÓ TÈCNICA, S.L. with Tax ID No. B55311112, TECNICAL FOOD, S.L. with Tax ID No. B55290944, TECNICAL INTEGRA B&C, S.L.  with Tax ID No. B55103758 and CALVET&GISPERT CORPORACIÓ with Tax ID No. B16814204) may protect the transmission of personal data for internal administrative purposes among them, on the basis of legitimate interest as regulated in Recital 48 of the GDPR.

• Management and storage of information and documentation, including plans, photographs, videos, among others: carried out through Dropbox, Inc., located in the United States and certified under the Data Privacy Framework approved by the European Commission.

The information you provide to us both through this website and through the application shall be hosted on the servers of TECNICAL-TECNOLOGIA APLICADA, SL, contracted with the company providing the website hosting service.

The processing of data by the aforementioned entities, as well as by any other tool used by the provider, is governed by a data processing agreement entered into between the provider and such company.

LANGUAGE

The applicable language for this Privacy Policy is Spanish. Therefore, in case of any inconsistency in any of the versions provided in other languages, the Spanish version shall prevail.

SOCIAL MEDIA

We inform you that TECNICAL-TECNOLOGIA APLICADA, S.L. may have a social media presence. The processing of data carried out on persons who become followers on social networks (and/or perform any link or connection action through social networks) of the official TECNICAL-TECNOLOGIA APLICADA, S.L. webpages shall be governed by this section, as well as by the conditions of use, privacy policies and access regulations belonging to the social network in each case and previously accepted by the User.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

Images are captured for the purpose of preserving the security of persons and property, as well as the facilities.

Users are informed by means of a video surveillance notice displayed in a place prior to the camera and sufficiently visible, indicating that the premises are under video surveillance.

No disclosures are envisaged, except to law enforcement authorities, nor shall any international transfer of data be carried out.

The images shall be retained for a maximum period of 30 days from the date on which they are captured. Once this period has elapsed, the images must be erased, in accordance with the applicable regulations, which provide that: “erasure shall result in the blocking of the data, which shall be retained solely at the disposal of Public Administrations, Judges and Courts, for the purpose of addressing any liabilities arising from the processing, during the limitation period thereof. Once said period has expired, the data shall be deleted.”

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

TECNICAL-TECNOLOGIA APLICADA, S.L. reserves the right to modify this Policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence.

REVOCABILITY

The consent given, both for the processing and for the transfer of the data of the interested parties, may be revoked at any time by communicating it to TECNICAL-TECNOLOGIA APLICADA, S.L. in the terms set out in this Policy for the exercise of rights. Such revocation shall in no case be retroactive.

LEGISLATION

In general, the relationship between TECNICAL-TECNOLOGIA APLICADA, S.L. and the Users of its online services on this Website shall be subject to Spanish legislation, and the parties expressly agree to submit to it. The Courts of Girona shall have jurisdiction for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to its use.
