Description: Moulding machine for volumetric filling of multimoulds with curd using a spreading blade. Specially designed for the production of cheeses from delicate curds that retain a high degree of humidity in the grain and which are automatically pressed in the multimould. Production capacity: up to 3 multimoulds/minute.
